What we collect
Account information
- Your name and email
- Optional phone number
- Shipping address (collected at first box ship time)
Dog profile
- Dog name, size, gender, chew level
- Allergy and sensitivity disclosures
- Free-text notes you choose to share
Billing information
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVCs.
- We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
Activity information
- Reservation timestamp and subscription number
- IP address used at reservation (for fraud prevention)
How we use it
- To curate your monthly box (size, allergies, chew level).
- To bill, ship, and communicate with you about your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (reservation confirmation, ship notifications, weather holds, billing).
- To improve our product selection (in aggregate; we do not target individuals).
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don't share your dog's information publicly.
- We don't run advertising trackers, third-party ad pixels, or behavioral profiling.
Who we share it with
Only the third parties strictly needed to operate the service:
- Stripe - payment processing
- Resend (or similar) - transactional email delivery
- Supabase (or similar) - account and reservation storage
- Our shipping carrier (USPS / UPS) - only your shipping address and name
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by emailing gooddogerie@outlook.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain billing and order records for up to 4 years (PA statute of limitations on contract disputes). After that, we delete records on a rolling basis.
Children
Good Dog Erie is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Cookies
We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify individual visitors.
